Naked yoga can be a wonderful path to acceptance and liberation. It can also be really scary and intimidating. Booking a private session with me will allow you to explore yoga and embrace your naked self.
Why naked? We can shed the limitations or defences that clothes provide to be more in touch with our authentic selves. This can help us to foster acceptance of ourselves, from the outside skin to the inner reality. We can feel more vulnerable, practice being vulnerable, practice being accepted and come to a new relationship with ourselves and our body.
What about erections? I want to create a welcome space where all of you is accepted. Sexual energy is welcome and sometimes there can be erections and sometimes not. So do not worry if you get one, or if you don't get one!
What about sexual energy? If we have worked together already and we feel comfortable with each other we can explore incorporating sexual energy in to the practice using techniques to improve awareness, control and ultimately satisfaction.
If you are local to Bristol, UK you can have the session in our home or at your home - perhaps where you feel most comfortable. If you are further afield we can book a session via Zoom. Online sessions. If working online, make sure you are in full view of your camera, that there is enough light so I can see you, and that your camera remains on throughout. The session is private to you, so there should be no other viewers unless agreed beforehand. I will lock the meeting once we start. You can join the session clothed if you would like, especially if it is cold, and remove your clothing as we go. You may want a jumper or blanket for the end of class when we rest. What do I need? Props are not essential but if you have them a blanket, a bolster, a yoga strap (or belt/dressing gown cord) and yoga blocks may help. Make sure your internet connection is stable and that you won't be disturbed. Keep your phone on in case of connections issues, but put is on silent (without vibration!) so that we can savour our time together.
